Whatever those needs, the Jersey Jet Centre can tailor the right solution.

With no exclusive affiliation to any specific manufacturer, we have the flexibility to find and operate the best aircraft for the job at hand.

Colin Wright

Colin Wright has an aviation career spanning nearly 40 years and still finds the industry exciting and full of new challenges. He is a co-founder of Jersey Jet Centre which actively delivers supports to all aspects of the corporate and general aviation market within and outside the Channel Islands.

Growing up in Jersey, he joined the start-up operations department at Jersey based Air Atlantique, a well-known and respected local airline, with whom significant experience was gained over the next twenty years in all aspects of aviation administration and management, including hands-on knowledge of Operations, Maintenance and Finance.

In that time, the Atlantic Group grew from a small fleet of 5 aircraft to nearly 60 aircraft with its own full coverage maintenance base and associated training centre covering all forms of flying from scheduled passenger operations, cargo flights, aerial work and corporate aircraft management. Directly involved with that growth, Colin held many challenging management positions in different departments ultimately as Managing Director.

In 1995, Colin purchased a large shareholding in Segers Aviation, originally a small agency operation for US based aerospace corporations in Europe. Through hard work and growth management over 20 years, Segers Group with its subsidiaries now offers OEM approved maintenance organisations, performance based programmes and aircraft leasing to the worldwide aviation market with long established bases in USA, UK, Dubai, Singapore and South Africa.

Paul Sabin

Paul is co-founder of Jersey Jet Centre and his wealth of practical experience and hands-on approach over the last 40 years provides in house capabilities to deliver exceptional project management.

His aviation career started in Jersey with Air Atlantique, working alongside Colin Wright in the fledgling operations department.
His ambitions to become a pilot were successful in 1978, gaining his initial Private Pilots License at the Jersey Aero Club. Soon thereafter, Paul continued his training to become a commercial pilot and began his flying career with Air Atlantique.

During his thirty years at Air Atlantique, ultimately becoming Chief Pilot and holding other senior management positions within the group, he flew a vast array of aircraft on passengers schedules, freight charter, aerial survey, pollution control, air display and worldwide ferrying. Aircraft types ranged from DC3, DC6 through to Lockheed Electra and ATR and also Hawker, Lear Jet and Citations on corporate support contracts.

In 2006, Paul joined local airline Blue Islands as Accountable Manager and MD and in his 5 year tenure, transformed the small inter island commuter operation into its current regional standing by successfully introducing the ATR fleet combined with implementation of the associated regulatory systems needed for growth into larger aircraft.

Providing simple, quick and reliable charter solutions to business and leisure travellers, Isle-Fly is the first new air charter service in the Island for over thirty years.

Jersey Jet Centre has launched the Isle-Fly service, available to fly from today, with an eight-seater multi-engined Cessna aircraft.
